Olympic Security at Check-in

During the Olympic Security Period (January 29th, 2010 to March 24th, 2010), we are required to ask you for some personal information and your consent to submit it to the RCMP prior to the boarding of your flight. The required information will be: Date of Birth, Citizenship, Current City of Residence and Current Country of Residence. Please understand, this is a security requirement of the Integrated Security Unit/RCMP and you are not obligated to provide this information, however, we are required to deny boarding if you choose to not provide the required information and consent.

In order to expedite the check-in process, our Call Centre Agents will be making efforts to collect this information during the reservation process. If you have already made a reservation with us, you are more than welcome to call our Call Centre at 1-800-663-2872 to provide us with this required information in advance of your check-in. We will still be required to verify the information in person but it would certainly help to streamline your check-in.
